Ideas, Design and Project Brief
We will incorporate your dreams and ideas into a brief and design target that will help plan out the transformation of your existing house.
Handover
The breathtaking moment you’ve been waiting for, a time to move in, celebrate, enjoy and be able to rest assured your home is now a healthier space for you, your family and the environment.
Plans, Contracts and Permits
Now it’s time to focus in on your home’s layouts, finishes and materials selection alongside one of our appointed architects and designers as we begin to document your dream home and space.
Alwyn Life
Once your home is completed and you’re all settled in, our Alwyn life division will check in and keep your home maintained for years to come.
